World Racketeering Squad are Isaac Priestley, and Reed Oliver. Isaac sings and plays guitar and keyboards. Reed sings and plays bass. Together we write the songs and create the sound we call Nerdwave.

Located in Austin, Texas, we have been playing together since August of 2007. We write songs about love, girls, science, dinner parties, angels, quantum mechanics, and girls.

Our sets focus on bright, catchy electric rock/pop with a side of sweet emotion. We blend rock and roll, danceable pop and funk, mellow bossa nova and other jazz styles with a positive, upbeat outlook and strong melodies and vocal harmonies.
